I admire DIY wind generators.
I am tired of paying GE twice. Once for the wind generators, twice for the quick start combustion turbines to back up the first.
Hey, want a wind generator potential study? GE will do one for you.. ERCOT paid them.

Thanks. I fully agree on that. Such thievery is as bad as the "impact fee" and other improper/illegal tax rackets.
