I forgot to say, also, that the Federal General False Statement Act requires a person with knowledge to correct known misunderstandings when they involve an issue over which the federal government has jurisdiction. There is no question that Congress has federal jurisdiction over whether to accept the electoral vote, and they also have jurisdiction over whether to impeach a President for impeachable offenses - one of which is the capital crime of treason.

So even in that regard, the officials at the HDOH who knew that Congress misunderstood them to be saying that Obama has a valid birth record in their office and/or that what Obama showed the world IS what they have in their office.... had a responsibility to correct AT LEAST Congress’ misperception of what they actually claimed.

And that applies to people like the HI AG’s office, who is guilty of violating the Federal General False Statement Act if he said in an interview that the record they have is legally valid, if it in fact is not. I don’t think he used the word “legally” but did use the word “valid”. The best he could do would be to argue that he meant some other kind of “valid” besides “legally valid” - but if anybody in the federal government understood his statement as claiming the record is legally valid, then is legally responsible to correct that misperception if he knows about it.

Maybe, to get rid of any legal fudge room for these corrupt critters, we need to have federal officials ask them directly whether they are claiming that Obama’s record is legally valid, etc - so they can’t just claim that they didn’t know anybody misunderstood their carefully-worded public statements.

Somebody needs to ask Chiyome Fukino directly, “Are you claiming that there is a legally-valid birth certificate in Hawaii which conforms to legal evidentiary standards to establish that Obama was born in Hawaii?” And she should first be reminded that fraud is a crime, and failure to correct misunderstandings on issues of federal jurisdiction is a violation of the Federal General False Statement Act.

WOW!...Well stated to us peons!..Spot on!.....but I'm sure a govt. lawyer would pick it apart piecemeal to get the results needed for this administration...technicality's come to mind with law reviews...

Having said that...I'll share one of my theories with you in the same convoluted legal concept....

I'm pretty well convinced that the stock market is now manipulated under the laws of “national security”...all legally done under our Constitution....

(all donations of used tinfoil will be gladly excepted!....)
