It's neither. It's a Constitutional crisis.

Arizona has Article IV Section 1 power of full faith and credit access to the public records of Hawaii. If Hawaii refuses to comply, they are violating the Constitution.

Congress can step in and exercise its Article IV power to regulate the manner in which states share their public records, but Congress has not intervened.

Can we just kick Hawaii out of the Union and then, ex post factoly eliminate Hawaii as an acceptable place of birth for the Bummer? That way he can in no way be considered a citizen, let alone a ‘natural born’ citizen.

Note to all...Obstruction of Justice is the primary mission of the Department of Justice under the Bummer’s hand picked AG, Eric ‘the black’ Holder.
