If it was me, I’d probably divorce her for irreconcilable differences. How could she maintain such a facade, being unhappy with her body while also being a married mother of two?

If her self-esteem was such that she just had to have breast implants to feel good about herself, a sad commentary on how much this fallen world of ours values outward appearance over inner beauty, I'm not a big fan of implants but sometimes they are a good choice.. Obviously from cancer (mastectomies)..
Another example is women who were overweight, had kids, then lost the weight and got very fit..the "deflated" look..Breast skin still there but nothing inside i.e. pancakes. Many women in the fitness world get them due to this very common occurance and they and their hubbies are glad they were done.
What this women is doing is just plain idiotic.

Having invasive surgery for sheer vanity is nuts.
One of the biggest crimes in our society is whatever encourages otherwise beautiful women to get permanent scars on each breast from cheap breast implants.
Yes, there are ones that don’t leave scars but they only (sometimes) look good when a woman is clothed and always look/feel fake when unclothed.
