“The state of our souls is dependent only on our own actions not that of the state.”

True for individuals. But God also judges cities and nations.

“Further our constitution guarantees each individual freedom of religion...”

The Constitution is not the final, ultimate law. God’s word is. God does not run to the Constitution to see if something is right or wrong.

The Constitution ONLY has meaning for a moral people. When we forsake morality, we forsake the assumption of the Constitution that men will, for the most part, act morally. We are facing the consequences of a half-century of willful sin as a nation against Him. Fifty million aborted babies speak to our guilt.

“...just because you deem something immoral, doesn’t automatically give the state power to pass a law regarding it.”

Let me repeat, *I* am not judging anything. God is. God’s word is plain about this. Prostitution is a mortal sin. It is a path to a very real HELL.

God does not care if our Constitution “allows” sinful acts to be adopted as a question of state sovereignty. That is a twisted interpretation of that document. The Founders would have NEVER suggested that the Constitution gave states license to curse God and willfully rebel.

I say this to you, strongly: GOD LOVES YOU, AND YOU NEED TO START LISTENING TO HIM. ***PLEASE LISTEN!***

Prostitution is a mortal sin.
Verse, please.

Matthew 6:14-15 For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Is fornication/prostitution a sin against you? Or is it just a stumbling block in your path?

Isaiah 1:18 "Come now, let us reason together," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.

Do cities and nations have immortal souls?

The constitution is the final ultimate law that governs civil society. That is the concern, and only concern of government.

The constitution has the exact same meaning regardless of the morality of the people. The constitution does not assume that men will act morally, that is why the powers of government were limited to those that were enumerated, why there is a separation of powers, and a why we have a bill of rights. I am not guilty of a half a century of willful sin, I am not guilty of racism, abortion, slavery, stealing land from Indians, imperialism, warmongering, homophobia, or any of the things people try to make me feel guilty about. I have enough sins of my own without taking any upon myself.

Let me repeat, *I* am not judging anything. God is. God’s word is plain about this. Prostitution is a mortal sin. It is a path to a very real HELL.

The word of god as determined by PastorBooks infers no additional power to government. God will not judge us based on our obedience to secular law but by our obedience to His law. What exactly is and is not the power of the state is plainly outlined in the constitution. Period.

I say this to you, strongly: GOD LOVES YOU, AND YOU NEED TO START LISTENING TO HIM. ***PLEASE LISTEN!***

I know that God loves me and I am not sure why you feel the need to tell me that. Do you think you know my heart sir?
