Actually, as someone pointed out to me the other day, it is attempted MURDER. Homicide is an act that results in the death of a human, irrespective of cause, guilt, etc. Soldiers commit homicide when they kill the enemy.
The list of charges in this alleged case is massive — kidnapping, attempted murder, assault, battery, arson and quite a few more I haven’t even thought of. No way does Law Enforcement walk away until they know the truth.
And we all know what truth will be — HOAX (again)!
Notice how the “victim” is unable to provide any description of the perps at all.
