I do listen to Mark, but also I view this as the “abuse” of the Consitution, not a post-Constitutional America.
I only wish it were as simple as that. If the abuse is gotten away with it sets precedence for future Presidents. That means the Constitution is only recognized if a particular President chooses to recognize it.
