I bet he is getting some level of secret service protection... If he was sent back to the Kenya and was murdered or kidnapped, the press would have a field day over the governments lack of compassion, judgement, etc etc.
Maybe Romney can make it a campaign pledge that if he gets elected he’ll personally sign his deportation order and buy him a one-way ticket out of the US.
