I suggest something with more power as well. A ham radio. Next thing the brown shirts will be cruising around watching for ham radio antennas and pulling them down.
I guess a long wire in the trees would work for "short distances".

I guess a long wire in the trees would work for "short distances". I've been a licensed ham radio operator for over 55 years and worked 88 countries with a "wire in the trees" using less than 50 watts of power. With thin wire and a little ingenuity, you can span thousands of miles with an antenna that is virtually invisible.

This guy was good with covert antennas. Maybe hiding telescoping antennas in the flagpoles of the Democrat SA/SS flags might work for a while.
