One thing I’ll say about Barry, he sure loves everyone else’s money. I don’t believe we’ve ever had a White House occupant who was this greedy. Obama likely thinks of it as insurance money besides campaign funds. In case things ever go South against Hussein, he could run to Kenya or Indonesia or wherever, and still live like a king. Those $$$ millions are probably set up to transfer out to foreign accounts on quick notice.
