OK. Let ‘em pay MORE than the private sector — increase their out of pocket cost to 25%. If they strike, fire the strikers and replace them.

EXCUUUUUSE me...but, don’t the unions have their DUES collected automatically thru payroll deduction? What stops the administration from collecting the NEW monthly cost of benefits from their paychecks? In fact, it should just be AUTOMATIC...unless of course, you “opt out.”
