The Supreme Court has allowed Obamacare's individual mandate as a TAX
President Obama LIED to America when he told us that Obamacare was not a tax in any way.
He then turned around and argued to the United States Supreme Court that the individual mandate and penalty for not getting healthcare was a tax and therefore constitutional.
ObamaTAX via Obamacare ...... this might be JUST the right Slap in the face that America Needs to wake up and VOTE OUT OBAMA

The government now has the power to use words any frickin’ way it wants to enforce its new found tyranny.

But see the silver lining here... people may not understand the complexities of the Commerce Clause... but everyone understands TAX! And this administration and all the dems in the House and Senate who voted for this TAX are going to get this hung around their necks like the millstone that it is.
Our road to victory just got a bit wider and longer, but that victory will be more resounding!
Could ANYTHING have served to motivate conservative voters more than this?????

If he is in fact defeated, we can look to this day that focused the minds of those on the fence. While the term “Commerce Clause” isn’t clear to many Americans, the term TAX is.
And the dems face the unenviable task of defending it.
Looks like I’ll be cancelling my $8000 a year health insurance and paying the $3000 ObamaTax
The SC ruled that it is a tax but that ruling means that the law as written, absent any designation as a tax, is now void until it is rewritten and sent back through legislation as a tax to be approved as a tax by our congress.
If that is refused, it is time to throw the tea in the harbor again over taxes.
Three thoughts come immediately to mind:
1. The word “Mandate is now synonomous with the word Tax”
2. If so then how does this affect current and pending Federal and State law where the word “Mandate” is currently used? Have the supremes created a new division of hidden taxes? Can the States do the same?
3. I guess we will see a new “Mandate Czar” appointed by our fearless leader.
Just some random thoughts based upon the assumption that words do mean things!
The media could just as easily be devastating Obama's re-election chances with this single WHOPPER instead of gloating over the SCOTUS decision.
Something really needs to be done about them. But I have no clue what.
The media has been lamenting over how bad the last two months were for Obama. Now he is redeemed. Oh now, Obama, The Mandator is the come back kid. There is a rose colored mist over Washington, today.
So, the federal government can now mandate commerce; they simply need to represent it is a negative tax: Buy this or else get taxed. So much for the US Constitution.
The US Supreme Court also ruled recently that all property is subject to confiscation to be sold for profit of the government with the owner getting what the government decides to give them. Combined with this ruling the property owner can now be taxed the entire amount of the proceeds and receive nothing.
Regardless if ObamaCare is overturned in the Congress, the court decision stands that the federal government can mandate commerce. They can tax you for anything you do not buy or they demand you buy. The federal government may now control 100% of how you spend your money.
We are now literal slaves to the government.
Since the federal government refuses to obey the constitution we should too! REVOLT!!!
Talk about a shot in the arm for the TEA Party!
That is where the focus needs to be.

Freedoms to be self-evident? Endowed by our creator? Not so fast. The unrepresentative group don't play that. They will now define what you may and not have and allot of your stuff looks like community property to them..
Basically it comes down to people voting themselves more money and surrendering their liberty. Liberty is a big word used in History books from ancient times anyway. Dancing with the Stars is on and we have a "cool" Black president so everything os A-OK
It is not enough to point to November...we should be in R e b e l l i on. I cant believe that we all are not screaming for that!
