If Obama is a CIA operation...it’s a very sloppy job. The real CIA would have done much better with the documentation.
Whomever did the LFBC is no real computer expert...probably someone close to Obama in the White House he knows some about computers. More than IQ -- for some types of positions in the CIA, you need a very high tolerance to moral corruption. An example for that would be the "so called" kill list that has been associated with this administration.
