Good post. I missed the part where Shoop was talking about common sense. Since you caught it, and while we're on the subject, here's some common sense. If Obama has claimed both Kenya and HI as his birthplace—and he has—how do we know which time he was telling the truth? Or can we be sure he wasn't lying BOTH times? We do know HI has in fact issued COLBs to persons born in other countries. [According to Sheriff Joe, the practice is not that rare.] That would certainly explain the weirdness in HI’s response to Bennett's simple question.
Hmm. My common sense is telling me only one thing for certain: Obama LIES.
If you can show Obama actually claiming to be born in Kenya, it would be a great scandal, and show him to be a liar. He may have lied in his college records, which is why he is hiding them. But unfortunately, so far no one has caught him directly in that lie. It would be more productive to pursue that angle than the ridiculous birth certificate forgery angle which just makes conservatives look like kooks.
