In case it wasn't clear what ‘earth-shaking news’ I was talking about, here's a clarification. Abercrombie's friend repeated the big news all over the place, on air, the following day. I.e.: the big news that no BC existed on file in HI for Barack Obama. If you say his friend was mistaken, then how do you explain how excited and sure of himself he sounded? If you had a friend who was in a position to know, and he told you no BC existed in HI for Obama, don't you think you'd follow up? If all you said was, ‘Are you sure—as in positive—it's not there?’, surely you'd say that much. The anti-birther narrative re: how confused the friend was is just silly. Only a full on moonbat Obot would believe it.

So take a step back and look at the evidence.
Your side:
You have a guy who says he talked to Abercrombie but then retracted his statement and said he was confusing the story with one he read about the hospital not having the long form.
My side:
A certificate has been shown, witnessed by the Hawaii Director of Health, certified by the state registrar in cooperation with the governor, and attorney general of Hawaii. So if you believe that it is a forgery, you need to believe that there is a massive conspiracy that include several of the top elected officials in Hawaii.
So you really think the mike evans story is better evidence than the certified document?

Yes, the radio guy. I had forgotten about that.
