What's Next, Now That They Own It?

Records released last week show little evidence that George Zimmerman acted with malice when he shot Trayvon Martin. That could pose a problem for prosecutors.

And, while we are not privy to all the evidence against George Zimmerman, it’s certainly fair to note that the evidence we have seen has come by way of the Main Stream Media, though at times their delivery of the truth has been questionable at best.

“The [latest] evidence released [by the prosecution] Thursday … is notable, legal experts say, for what’s not in it: firm evidence that Zimmerman acted with malice when he shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.”

Yet, if you continue to listen to the Main Stream Media, you’d believe nothing other than Zimmerman acted with a “depraved mind” when he shot Trayvon Martin, the standard the prosecution must meet if a 2nd degree murder charge is to stand.

We don’t fully know what transpired between Zimmerman and Martin on February 26, 2012. But, what we do know is troubling.

What we know is, on more than one occasion, the Main Stream Media presented the facts of this case in a manner that, at the very least, slanted opinion against George Zimmerman. And, when caught disseminating “misleading” information, they did nothing more than offer a quasi-apology to quell any potential uproar.

From the doctored 911 call, the misleading portrayal of Martin as an angelic 15 year old, to the inaccurate reporting of Zimmerman’s injuries (or lack thereof), the Main Stream Media has acted with nothing but disdain towards journalistic standards they should be required to follow.

Their reporting of the case is clearly seen as nothing more than furthering an agenda designed to increase racial friction, yet they continue. Why?

We’ll never truly learn the answer to that question. And, quite frankly it doesn’t matter at this point. What matters now is will the Main Stream Media report the ending of the story in the same manner as the beginning, especially, if the narrative doesn’t play out as planned.

Because, in the end, a feigned “mea culpa” may not be enough to quell the resulting backlash!

"0" evidence that he acted with malice.

Is there anyone that doesn't see the possibility that Mr. Zimmerman wanted to know where Tray was so he DIDN'T get shot or knifed in the back or get ambushed.

I'd like to know EVERYTHING on Tray's person....And I want to see it.

There was no malice. No forethought. No intent.

Unless being a fake crackuh and talking to 911 operator was a clever ruse.

Naw!!!!

There was no malice...but Zimmerman is in the position of being expected to prove he had no malice in his heart when he first spotted Martin.

The media has been on a crusade to make it impossible for Zimmerman to get a fair trial. One other item was their allegation that Zimmerman called Martin a "coon."

Still waiting for Holder to charge the New Black Panthers for soliciting murder.
