Every state that boarders (sic) New Mexico except for Oklahoma which only has the Tip of its Panhandle touching New Mexico are now not welcome in New Mexico if they carry a firearm

When parsed this makes no sense. "Every state...are now not welcome..." How about : "CCW holders of every state..."?

Welp, glad I’m not traveling to Colorado to pull reserve duty anymore. Used to cut off the NW corner of NM to get there. May avoid it on our summer trip to Spring Canyon this year as well.
