I have a tiny office catering to construction clients and do well, but we had a SHTF moment this week and my assistant convinced me we need to do this.

I would suggest Mozy, which would be the easiest solution. The most flexible suggested so far is
CloudBerry S3 Backup Desktop, but you would also need to set up an Amazon S3 account. I haven't used this product, so I cannot recommend it.
