Your post has been on the mind of several people. Another pastor whose ministry is still moving forward with reruns of his priceless sermons is Adrian Rogers (Love Worth Finding Ministries . . . http://www.lwf.org) I highly recommend!
Revrunds Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Jeremiah Wright, it would seem...
I just heard on CBN about another true Christian leader. The Voice of the Martyrs announced the passing of their executive director, Tom White.
White led VOM, a ministry that helps support the persecuted Church, for more than 20 years. He was a native of Bartlesville, Okla., where the ministry is based.
This ministry is so worthy to support!

Please come quickly, Lord Jesus.
I admired Dr.D.James Kennedy—and Jerry Falwell— I find Chuck Colson a role model of what God can do- of the reality of our Christian faith. But I am reminded We are not to worship men—who is it suggested we are to reverence in Matthew 21:37 (see Mark 12:6—and Luke 20:13) Did Christ not command His disciples Go—Proclaim—WHO did He speak to? Were these great
spiritual leaders of their day? Or were they given power by the proclaiming of Christ? Yes -remember those who have inspired you -and others. But as the parable teaches we are to go into the highways, and as many as we find ,bid to the marriage.(Matthew 22:9) When Jesus of Nazareth sent out the twelve they were men as any other might be said to be.(Matthew 10:/ Mark 6:) But they had sat with and had learned from the Christ-and they went and did as they were instructed. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son,and of the Holy Spirit:teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo I AM with you always, even unto the end of the world.” as it is written. I cannot imagine any of those you speak of as thinking they were an end—nor that they were the great spiritual message of salvation. But rather How shall they call upon Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?and how shall they preach unless they are sent?....Romans 10:14-15.
Our only hope is 2 Chronicles 7:14: If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive them and heal their land.
