You may be referring to the original page (http://www.sweetliberty.org/issues/un/do.htm) and the fact that the links are broken. Perhaps you could visit your local library:

Tell the librarian to show you where the ‘United States Code books’ are shelved. There are 25 books in the set. They are reddish-brown in color. They are printed by the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC

Or you may be referring to the information on the documents page.

If you scroll down there are several documents listed - here is one:

Perhaps you could visit your local library:

Perhaps the folks pushing a conspiracy theory like this could make copies at the library and then scan them in as .pdfs - they are the ones making the claims, the impetus is on THEM to back it up.

This particular theory largely does not reconcile to historical reality and many of the claims are utterly outlandish.

The law (or at least what little of it we can see from the links) reads like some stupid Dem kumbaya agenda that was passed, signed and since has accomplished diddly. There is no army being trained in Europe to occupy America - heck, the Europeans have to CALL America if they need a brushfire in the Balkans put down.

Reagan did not work to implement this agenda, and LBJ built up the American military as well.

And privately-owned guns are more present in America than ever.

We have plenty of bona fide, verifiable issues with the Dems imposing socialism and wanting to erode gains in self defense and CCW laws without resorting to outlandish theorizing off an old law.
