That was actually on the inside as you folded it out.Or the record sleeve if I’m not mistaken.Great album though.

I saw a performance of that “Billion Dollar Babies” tour!!! I think I was still in high school. Also I saw Alice on an earlier tour; maybe “Welcome to my Nightmare”. He put on an excellent stage show, and could rock n roll with the best of them.
