A recent study revealed more evidence that a Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) abstinence program is effective in delaying sexual onset.
Four major conclusions are drawn from the article, entitled, Impact of the Choosing the Best Program in Communities Committed to Abstinence Education.
1. Students in an SRA class were more likely to delay the onset of sexual activity from pre to posttest than their peers. 2. The findings of this study are more realistic and relevant than the Jemmott study on abstinence, as well as most comprehensive sex ed. research since the study occurred in schools. 3. The study was conducted with schools and communities that supported the SRA abstinence message for their students 4. SRA messages must be reinforced throughout the teen years in order to sustain effect.

The article does not contain any references. While the study results are very appealing as discussed, I really can’t judge their quality without seeing the original references.
It looks like this 888 website took this article word for word from life news without giving proper credit.

I can only think of one case when a woman got pregnant despite practicing abstinence. That’s a pretty high success rate.

Last warning
No birth control method is going to work if you don’t use it.
Abstinance is the only one that’s 100% effective if you do use it.
who’d think that not having sex would result in no pregnancies?
Right up there with men and women are born different.
Most religions in most human cultures emphasize self control that should promote social good. Sexual restraint, control of anger and lashing out/killing, respect of property, control feelings to covet and murder are some of the common themes. Combine it with enlightenment (ability to apply same generous respect to others who do not share your beliefs) one can create stable and peaceful societies. Cultural values do matter. That is why liberalism is failing.
I always wonder what liberalism would be like if it had strong cultural values or conservatism would be like if it had weak cultural values?
