Romney's shadow backers dumping tens of millions of dollars per state to slander his opponents is enough of an advantage- but having a 24 hour news network to do his bidding demonstrates a PERCEIVED disadvantage on a David v. Goliath scale... (video)

The WSJ is also a unregistered Romney superpac.
FOX disgusted me this morning when they ran a teaser about Rick Santorum working with Romney. Then when the “story” came up it was nothing more than Steve Doocy asking Chris Wallace if there might be a deal between Romney and Santorum. Wallace brushed it aside as meaningless speculation.
Maybe the FEC needs to evaluate the in-kind contributions by Faux News to the Romney campaign.
When Romney loses I will turn FOX back on and laugh.
You’ve got that right. It is cult-like. I post there and am amazed that so many WSJ readers would be that overwhelmingly obtuse.
IBD is a MUCH BETTER publication than WSJ.
That is just another example of their disreputable techniques. They did it in 2008 as well.
IBD has some of the same problems as the WSJ, but I agree that it is better in several ways. (we take both papers)
I should mention that the WSJ slick magazine that is included on weekends is an absolutely creepy example of Mammon worship.
Strassel had a column this AM trying to tell Romney how to win. The GOP-E actually believes rich white liberals are going to vote for Romney if he limps across the finish line.
One thing she’s right about in her column - conservatives will stay home if he gets the nod.
Even Ray Charles can see that if he wins the nomination, Obama is going to credit Romney for Obamacare - “couldn’t have done it without you Mitt!” - and since Mitt won’t admit the mistake, the election will come down to liberal and sort-of liberal.
Just once can we try an actual conservative and see how it goes? McCain already lost once! Why renominate a weaker version?
In The NYC area WABC-AM 770 features John Batchelor in the 9 to midnight time slot. He is a big Mittens supporter and only seems to have guests who agree with his POV, mostly GOP-E types. The ultimate GOP-E phony-baloney is Larry Kudlow whose sickeningly slavish devotion to Willard has put him on my s-list forever.
Every Fox radio news broadcast has at least one story about Obama on it.
Not me... fox has seen the last of me.
