There are those in America who have absolutely no clue as to what is going on behind closed doors. They are ignorant to the fact that over 22% of Americans are unemployed, nearly 50 million depend on nutritional assistance to put food on the table, 100 million are living in or on the edge of poverty, and that as a nation we have borrowed more money than we can ever hope to pay back to our creditors. These people, with their heads buried in the sand, whether by habit or choice, go about their day as if nothing has changed.
Others, like the 3 million preppers who have stepped away from the herd, have become aware of what’s happening around us, and they understand that the system in which we live is wholly unsustainable. For them, it’s only a matter of time before life as we know it in America changes drastically. Despite often being dismissed as pessimists or lunatics, they’ve spent time, energy and personal treasure to prepare for the inevitable collapse of a society built upon consumerism, debt, corruption and conjecture.

Preppers’ PING!!
It should be clear to all that the world’s economy is on life support and the doctors are all ‘quacks’ and crooks! Face it to a certain degree we are all Greeks now!
What kind of a mess you ask, well I think that we are in for something like the collapse of Argentina ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yerKMQc7-w&feature=grec_index )but on a global scale.
But the market is up you say, yeah it’s up using billions in ‘printed’ money in the hands of corrupted bankers, investors and their cronies. The world is now flooded with fake and faux money. The game is so rigged and now even the ‘house’ is starting to lose.
When the whole thing tanks as it will what do you think the entiled class will do when they can’t get their cell phones, their food stamps and EBT cards, rent vouchers and so forth.
What we will see is a much more violent version of Argentina, (checkout what is going on in Greece).
American has an even a larger entitlement minded population and much more violent and armed onen than Argentina or Greece.
I see many many small business wiped out by flash mob looting, and see rape, robbery and murder for murder sake. Many of these ‘yutes’ will think no more about killing you than most people think about stepping on a roach. That will be the test of many. Most preppers I know are Christian people and they will hesitate to do what they might have to do to stop the ‘yutes’. On the other hand the ‘yutes’ won’t think twice nor lose a minute of sleep, in fact they will smile and laugh about it.

On top of all who knows how many saboteurs (Islamic, Chinese etc) and sleepers have crossed our borders and are now just waiting to cause havoc.

For those of you who haven’t started already it’s time to prepare almost past time maybe. You needed to be stocking up on food guns, ammo, basic household supplies like soap, papergoods, cleaning supplies, good sturdy clothes including extra socks, underwear and extra shoes and boots, a extra couple changes of oil and filters for your car, tools, things you buy everyday start buying two and put one up.
As the LDS say “When the emergency is upon us the time for preparedness has past.”
Or as the bible says: A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it.

Lastly this for the doubters and the scoffers.

I doubt very much that the entitlement folks are the armed folks.
It's the rest of us who pull the wagon who are armed.
The neighbor I had just a couple years ago got busted his girl and their two kids were on welfare, section 8 and works. When he got busted I watched the cops bring out his weapons. The cops were just barely better armed.
Don't bet that way. I deal with the entitlement types of folks on a regular basis. They have firearms. Never much ammo, but many have a firearm or two.

The funds raised in these FReepathons go to pay our current quarter expenses. But we're also going to try to replace some of our older servers and failing equipment this year so we're going to add a little extra to our FReepathon goals. John is estimating ten to fifteen thousand to do this and I'd like to get it all in place and working before the election cycle is fully heated up, so we'll try to bring in a little extra now, if we can, and the rest next quarter.

Hi. Would you be so kind as to add me to your prepper ping list? I’ve done a good bit toward preparing for the worst, and am probably about as ready as I’ll ever be, but who knows-—maybe I’ve missed a few things. I don’t reckon I’ll ever run out of ammo, for instance.
Or it is hitting the fan, but as soon as it does the gummint is “there to help” with free EBT cards from The Food Stamp President, free cellphones courtesy of everyone who pays their bill, free contraceptives thanks to Obamacare, free student loans, free mortgages, etc ad nauseum.
Talk about apocalypse now, think what would happen if just for one week none of the food stamp cards worked...
if you add in government workers, not just the unemployed. The percentages is of those who depend on government is much larger

The part about Detroit was portrayed as a recent event...Detroit has been under democrat control for 50 years. It’s been a crap hole for 50 years...The entitlement, corruption and socialist mentality is what brought down Detroit. And the libs would have us believe it’s rich white Republicans destroying this country. People needs jobs! Not money they aren’t entitled too...That’s the liberal agenda to keep people poor and under their thumbs begging for a crumb. God help us!

Then you need to find a new crowd. Stores of food and ammo are necessary to survive and so are reliable associates.. should you opt to associate at all. Prepper tip o' the day: Wash it off, use with care and you can use the same strand of dental floss five, six, or seven times before you toss it (or weave it into rope). Sounds a little gross at first but it's no different than using the same toothbrush every day. |
