No I didn’t read it but I can give you the answer without reading.

Don’t bother. I have lots of rabid far left cousins and I get along with them just fine. Its pointless to argue politics when I can prove many of their beliefs wrong by simply being who I am.

I don’t expect that they’ll ever be Sarah Palin fans but they are realizing that us crazy right wingers may not be so crazy or stupid after all. In fact, I’ve become the advice man for some things like gardening and outdoors type stuff.

The single issue of birth control being a mandate of health care is getting a lot of discussion at present. For birth control to be considered an element of health maintenance or as a prescriptive cure is not scientific or logical.

To me this mandate is no different than attaching a mandate to auto insurance that requires the insurer to pay for tires or oil changes.

Right now, I am listening to Hannity argue with a liberal and he is completely off point in using his energy to go after religious interference and personal liberty. The argument of birth control pills being medicinal should be enough to show the false premise and ulterior motive of Obama on this subject.

I read your lengthy post, and it reminded me of frustrating arguments I've had on Facebook. I don't claim to have answers for you, except I try to lead others to Conservative principles in the same way I try to lead others to Christ. First is by example, though we all fall short on that account. Next is by love, which is kryptonite to them. Finally, I realize that there are those who won't be saved, so I try to behave in a way that will appeal to those who might be saved and fashion my statements with that in mind. Oh, and I try to keep it short...I see I've failed on that account with this post!

I typically engage in these eFueds. They are, more often than not, rooted in a fear-based belief (ignorance) than a concrete cause or issue.
Folk don't like having their sandboxes of sanctimony pissed in…
