The purpose of MitigateRomney.com is to serve notice to the GOP establishment and the moderate media that we are resolutely rejecting their manipulative tactics. They have worked vigorously to discourage supporters of conservative candidates and make the so-called inevitability of Mitt Romney into a self-fulfilling prophesy.
For at least- the past two election cycles they have pushed their left leaning candidates right into the GOP nomination by carefully massaging polling questions to fit the mantra they want unsuspecting viewers to adopt about their preferred candidate and even what spurious notions they chose to propagate about the candidates they ttansparently oppose.
Since 2008 the moderate media have incessantly given Mitt Romney strategic placement as the "generic" Republican in virtually all polls related to how Obama fairs - in his polls and as a general gauge of public sentiment.
If their clandestine methods succeed and the Republican Party nominates Mitt Romney, it would be advantageous for conservatives to communicate as a large voting block that could potentially persuade a nationally prominent CONSERVATIVE into running third party or independent.
I have attended tea parties in the past and have found that in common with most of us who are resolved in our conviction not- to vote for Romney in the general election (if he won the nomination).
Tea parties as an organization might not be effective as a political party as those of us who participated in tea party activities understand that we didnt join a party by virtue of our participation. Just as some of our founding fathers participated or were instrumental in -supporting- an act known as a "tea party", it represented one of several basic principles that were given in their remonstrance known as the Declaration of Independence. Therefore it may or may not be the best name for a political party given that it does not fully reflect all of the principles conservatives embrace.
By signing the conservative petition intended to be provided to the RNC, we are expressing our own remonstrance as to WHY we cannot and will not -under any circumstance- support or vote for the liberal establishment candidate Mitt Romney.
We will also serve notice that we will no longer be bamboozled into voting for a weak candidate like Bob Dole, John McCain or Mitt Romney in a general election. We are asserting that we will not be persuaded by the familiar platitude which contends that our vote for such a conservative would be akin to a vote for the incumbent socialist - Barack Obama.
If Romney is nominated, we intend not to sit out the November presidential election but rather to isolate or perhaps recruit a prominent conservative presidential candidate that we will fully support.
With experience being an oracle of truth, based upon Mitt Romney's political track-record there is no reason to believe that by Romney's election - this union would not suffer the same fate as it would otherwise.
(Go to MitigateRomney.com if you would like to put the moderate pushing media and the RINOs attempting to hi-jack the GOP on notice.)
Also, if you would like to do a little more than the petition, please upload a video in response to the video at the website through Youtube. It would be great to have an abundance of conservatives uploading videos of 30 seconds or more - stating to the media elites - why they will under no circumstances support Romney.

The Establishment (RNME, our enemy) KNOWS Romney will lose.
That is WHY he was chosen.
Romney is THE year’s PROVEN LOSER; hated even in
Massachusetts; hated everywhere.
THAT makes him the DNC’s and DU’s chosen GOP candidate.
