If the “judge” was previously willing to rule for the plantiffs because Hussein was too busy extorting campaign funds to show, and now ruled in his favor, it means that someone got to him big time. That also means that regardless of how the vote goes in November, Hussein has no intention of vacating the office he usurps. The fix is in.

The plaintiffs got to him. The rejected a default judgment because they wanted a hearing on the merits of their case.
