I think it depends. For a very short tease like this, I never follow the link, and I'd prefer the Admin Moderator to delete the entire post. For a long post with more at the blog, or even a complete post, I'll follow the link if I like the writing and the message. Even if they have posted the entire blog, I'll give them the blog hit if the writing deserves it, essentially paying for their service through the advertising revenue.
