I say he doesn't show up. He will make something happen. The question is does he ask for a continuance or let the judge order a default judgement and then claim he couldn't attend and that it is unfortunate that I will not be on the GA ballot. This of course will not hurt my chances of winning the democratic nomination. And then hope another state doesn't follow suit. Pun intended.
