He cares about neither. Anything or anyone who is in the way will just be brushed by... or ObamaCare will see thy are not a problem for long. The death panels will give cover to anyone they want eliminated.

I have M.S. my wife has stage 4 thyroid cancer and we both have noted the lessening of the level of care.
We both have noted that we are not part of the chosen who are to be allowed to thrive and live under Obamacare. The sooner we can be taken off the roles of those chosen to live the better for their plan and keeping expenses low.
