Fred Upton was the deciding vote but don't blame Michigan for that stupidity. If it hadn't been a Michigan congressman who sold us out, it would have been someone else.

Oops. Sorry, I thought he was the sponsor. Michigan is a beautiful state, especially west Michigan along the lakeshore.
