...walks so slow...And makes speeches as though he's watching a tennis match in slow tempo as his big-eared countenance moves from side to side as he reads his prepared speeches. He is so damned stupid he believes people can't tell that he's reading what his lips are saying line by line, paragraph by paragraph as he drones on.......hopefully into eternity!
