Witness Capital Baker told the Chronicle the man pointed his gun at the crowd of protesters and shouted, "Kill me, kill me."

Maybe the shooter was seeking a suicide by cops??

You aim low to be sure that the rounds that you miss with hit the ground.

What level were the police at; were they up there on the catwalk with him? If they were below him, there was some Police lead flying who-knows-where?--a lot like the shooter's own.

Why would the cops shoot below the hips? Something does not seem right here. I can’t ever recall when someone did this and Police shot only “twice” and below the waste?
