The First Amendment does not guarantee the right to deal dope. True.
Where in the Constitution did the States delegate to the Federal Government the authority to regulate the dealing of dope?

Bingo. A lot of National Guard units are deployed overseas.

There are still plenty of National Guard troops at home.
I’m not calling for violence. As I stated in the article, this should be peacefully resolved. However, this must come to an end. This is not a political demonstration it’s a civil disturbance.

It doesn’t. But the states have laws against it.

The National Guard have many other things to do. How about requiring the POLICE and the MAYORS to do their jobs??? Like protect the law-abiding citizens?

It bothers me that I even had to write this.
I earnestly hope this comes to a conclusion without a confrontation. If this were like the Tea Party rallies, hey whatever. But it’s not. They’re rioting. They’re committing rape.

Of course, the only way the Occupy movement can now be ended is by a good ass-kicking. The problem is that the Commander-in-Chief supports the rebels.

I agree, but this also falls under the jurisdiction of the National Guard.
Let’s hope and pray it doesn’t come to that.

More effective and longer lasting than the Nat’l Guard would be for the citizens themselves, the real 99%, to come out, outnumbering the protesters by the tens of thousands to one, and physically remove them from the premises, using sufficient force as needed to get it done.

The paid protesters at “Occupy Wall St” think the First Amendment gies them the right to do what they please.
The “Occupy” protests shouldn’t be broken up for what they’re saying. They should be broken up for what they’re doing.

While I agree with the authors description about the smelly hippy communist retards not paying anybody for their use of the private spaces they are squatting, the national guard is not the answer.
This is happening in CITIES that have POLICE FORCES under the control communist retard MAYORS and largely populated by communist retard CITIZENS.
It's a local problem, and they deserve each other.
