Texas legislators passed it. I would hate to think that most Texans support the invasion.

Texas doesn't support the invasion, Texas has spent hundreds of millions of state dollars to stop it. I'm beginning to believe that many of Texas's critics really would like for the Federal Government to have the power to override in-state tuition laws. The Federal Government could have prevented the problem by doing what it has the power to do: secure the border. The Feds didn't do that and now, decades later, the border states have a mess to deal with as best as they can.
