Why didn't Slick Rick propose this plan when he entered the race? He certainly had time to do so, because he entered long after all the other candidates. The answer is that Rick is just a hack career politician who will do anything to win the election. He has the money, so he will hire people to tell him what to do to con the conservative base into supporting him.
Herman Cain doesn't need anyone to give him ideas. He had a daring tax plan months before Ricardo Perry moved in. Sorry, Perry. Conservatives know that another shape-changing career politician is not what we need in this time of crisis.
