At this point I think she is just teasing people and may be milking it for all it is worth. Most likely she is lying about being undecided. In the end, she will lose and upset a lot of people.

For you to make such a dark comment about Sarah Palin's motivations says to me that you have no earthly idea of who this woman really is, or anything about her twenty year record of exemplary public service.

Yours is exactly the sort of dim view that uninformed liberal drones take of Palin. It's a view that is entirely formed of misinformation and scurrilous slander, swallowed whole, without the slightest examination.

An honest conservative might question whether she intends to step into the race, but they'd never question her character, or demean her motivations as you've just done.

I don't know for a fact that Sarah Palin will enter the race. No one does, except her and her family. The one thing I do know, is that she loves this country and her fellow Americans, and is intent on seeing our nation return to its founding principles.

I that wise, she speaks for me and every other American who loves this country. I would hope that she speaks for you also. If she doesn't, you're on the wrong site.

Yes you do. I have been anxiously waiting (not angrily) for my Sarah to jump in and could not understand why she hasn't yet, or might not.

I agree Brices Crossroads is a great Palin writer as well, but so are you. There's room enough for both of you.

I enjoyed your analyisis, even as I disagreed with the conclusion.

My whole piece, blown all to hell. I only put in those last couple of sentences to round out, as an afterthought: not as the central contention.

Now I'm gonna go sulk.

Palin is concerned for the future of her country and her children.

Agreed completely: she's torn between the immediate vs. the long-term risk to her family.

She recognizes that none of the current crop of candidates has the will and/or intestitinal fortitude to do what must be done.

Agreed, with the *possible* exception of Cain: if you've survived Stage IV cancer, what the hell else can really hurt you, short of a contact nuclear blast?

I don’t think she is looking for an opening, and if she doesn’t get it, will wait until 2016.

Sarah is a leader, not the kind of person who bases her decisions on what others do.
