Yeah, well that was back in the 90’s, so nevermind all that.

Okay. I’ve only seen it spelled as “lewd.” Add to that my first thought was ‘lude as in quaaludes.

If you study the history of the music industry since the phonograph you will find that it has been the chief indoctrination center and pulpit in which Lucifer has used.

Yep, Satan's music, to quote:

"Elvis Presley: sexual degenerate, fornicator, music promotes lewdness and immorality"

So anyone questioning your authority to “enlighten” is
part of the opposition and an enemy, cut and dried.

Yes sir, Mr. Jones.

What flavor Kool-Aid have we this time?

Gives those guys the hook.

All those ukeleles, they could have done a lot better than that.

Well if that was you’re point then you’re just plain wrong. Rage filled music pre-dates Nirvana by... well at least a century actually. Grunge was just halfway between the blue and metal, and really metal is just the blues loud with bigger guitar solos, and the blues is the music of angry slaves. You want to hear some rage filled music pop in some Blind Lemon Jefferson, or some Robert Johnson (one of the first members of the infamous “27 club” and claimed to have sold his soul to the devil to play guitar better).

Agreed. Grunge was a blip on the radar. Some good music came from it, but that’s about all the effect it had. I think this article is giving the highly disturbed, suicidal Cobain WAY too much credit.

I don’t see that Cobain really made that much difference to the downward spiral of the music industry. I must admit the first time I heard Nirvana I knew that something had changed musically. The negativity had been around for awhile with some Punk and Death Metal. Sex had been selling well since disco. Things took a steeper with rap music, death and thrash etc. Grunge was tame by comparison.

The hateful, angry and sexually deviant music that is now mainstream can be traced back to many sources.

Blessings

Mel

Thanks Revolting cat.
I’m trying to be open minded.
I’m trying to like it.
I should. I like ukes
But so far I can’t get past being annoyed.
I’m trying to not call my lawyer so he can sue them for dangerous mis-use of a great instrument.

Sorry.

“...we need not look any further then the music industry and culture of the last 50 years for the source of our nation’s wicked estate.”

Yeah, it all started with the Beatles singing “I want to Hold Your Hand.”

We all know that hand holding leads to Fornication!!!!

And then Jim Morrison revealed some mommy issues in “The End.”

You might as well consult with an attorney, or better yet, the United Nations, as these Brit ukie criminals have imitators in sunny Italia: Sinfonico Honolulu.
