They don't have legal Second Amendment rights, but they do have the same God-given human rights to self-defense as the rest of us. If the legal system fails that catastrophically, I hope they will turn to an alternative and make that choice work.

Read up on the concept of "dhimmi" in Islam. A dhimmi is a non-Muslim living in an Islamic controlled state. He is not even a second-class citizen.

Non-Muslim dhimmis may not carry weapons, under penalty of death. They may not raise their hands against a Muslim, even in self defense, under penalty of death. A dhimmi killing a Muslim, for any reason, may subject their entire community to death by Muslim rioters.

I’m well aware of their legal rights, which is why they may need a bit of stealth. Still, they should turn to weapons. The trick is not to leave survivors or get caught. It’s better to die fighting than to die a passive victim, which is their current path. Better still to live free, and they have at least a chance of moving in that direction.
