Phoenix-based Nuestros Reconquistos claims that there will be a war very similar to the Civil War fought in the next five years. “La Raza and MEChA have already talked to Latinos and Phoenix and explained that Latinos need to arm themselves for war,” says Nuestros Reconquistos President Manuel Longoria.
Cecilia Maldonado of Chicanos Unidos Arizona isn’t hoping for any sort of war, but believes it may be unavoidable. “For generations, our people have prepared us to take back the lands of the Southwest that were stolen from our Mexican ancestors. Because of the bad economy and many racist laws, Latinos will be forced to fight sooner than later,” says Mrs. Maldonado.

Is not this in and of itself “an act of TREASON”, or at the very least Plotting WAR AGAINST THE UNITED STATES. Seems to me that this is actionable, why haven’t they all been arrested for TREASON. If it was the Heritage Foundation the inquisition would have already begun.

It’s already underway, they’re consolidating control of northern Mexico and have made significant inroads into US territory. Just look at swaths of, say, Arizona, which are off-limits to US citizens because they are smuggling corridors. Mexican army forces and Zetas are spotted in US territory all the time. The war is on, we just aren’t fighting it.

Now, regarding lands held by Spain, whatever these pukes tell you about a treaty between Mexico and Spain, Philippe I/II as well as Philippe II/III called the rest of the area North of Mexico the Kingdom of New Mexico ~ it had a separate legal existence in the eyes of its owners. It first began official settlement in 1598, just like Nova Scotia, and Virginia (this was prior to the more formal declaration of the Treaty of London (1604) but consistent with the wishes of Philippe II/III who succeeded his father Philippe I/II who died that year.)
Events on the ground do not give rise to any belief that Mexico, as a sovereign state, had lawful title to the Kingdom of New Mexico ~ particularly when that claim is tied in with pre-existing "native claims". If anything, the evidence is that "natives" from the Valley of Mexico invaded, murdered and ate many natives of both New Mexico and Arizona OVER THEIR OBJECTIONS.
Morality itself is against the Mexican claim.

Which is how the Race and MEChA and others move in and take all the service jobs, aggie jobs, low level government jobs. Step two is the obvious step, their supervisors must speak Spanish.
This will come down to motivation- if The Race can establish supply lines and motivate individual Mexicans to take up arms, they have a war on.
The other side, the non-Mexicans, had better take up arms too- will they, or will they rely on the US government to save them? A US government that is quite biased toward Mexican immigration and very reluctant to fix the border or the raging war just over it.
If it’s the latter, the war will be bloody and short and Mexico will go as far north as Wisconsin. The surrounding areas will be packed with refugees.
Once they take over the southwest, will the new gov’t solve all their problems that the gringos didn’t?

Prepare for war, you are right. Go to any inland city or border town in California (Salinas, National City, Martinez, North San Fernando Valley, Santa Ana, Fresno...).
It does not resemble America, and despite all the programs and trillions of dollars, are unhappy and poor, for the most part. The barrio it teeming with overweight moms with 2, 3, 4 or 5 kids in tow, becuase more kids = more cash.
Jails, courts, hospitals, clinics and schools are overwhelmed...go to a park in Los Angeles on a weekend and see gang parties complete with open drug use and loud music with drunks galore...until 4 AM, my sister lives across from a park in LA that has that every weekend in the summer.
The issue is if we have the will to fight or merely pack up and leave.

We also shouldn’t assume its just Hispanics. The palestinian “right of return” crowd has been very active in the southwest stirring problems and we now have the black caucus calling for war as well.
