The NOI founder was a white man, Fard Muhammad. This is a photo of Fard. Fard is the pilot of the doomsday UFO and one of the several messiahs that will lead the destruction of the white man. Obama is only one of several black messiahs.
Fard had little, if any, black blood in him. There is another photo (mug shot) in which he looks a little more black, but it is not too clear that it is the same person. This is the photo that the NOI uses.
