Ill stick with Palin over her rabid fans, thanks.Ditto!
I think Sarah would be embarrassed by some FReepers' comments supposedly in her support.

This is not exactly a well thought out blog/knee capping. To say that Perry hasn't taken any position on anything foreign or domestic is a farce, if not an outright lie. If the writer of the blog wants to be taken seriously, he/she needs to get his/her facts straight before they come out making incorrect blanket statements about Perry.
Here's some policy issues for the people who think he's a communist and Obama's other half.
Pro-2nd Amendment? Check
Pro-10th Amendment? Check
Wants lower taxes? Check
Wants less federal regulation? Check
Wants businesses to decide where they should set up shop, and not the federal government? Check
Supports Israel? Check
Supports the military? Check
Supports increased domestic drilling? Check
Supports balanced budget amendment? Check
Supports cut/cap/balance? Check
Pro Tort reform? Check
Pro loser pays? Check
Has repeatedly called on the federal government to do its job to protect the borders with foreign countries? Check
Has spend hundreds of millions of Texas' money to combat that problem? Check
Has joined the legal fight to block obamacare? Check
Wants obamacare overturned by the Congress? Check
So the author of this blog is either ignorant or lying on purpose.

“The answer, of course, is that Palin is indeed very smart and she supported Perry.”
Did Palin support Perry because she is a big fan of his or to permanently end Kay Baily Hutchison’s political career?
Hutchison said some truly nasty things about Palin after she got the VP nod. Sarah believes in returning favors.

Rick Perry Tries to Get Out of Ticket - Texas State Trooper DashcamI won't click on the links your posted, since you are known for linking to the gay and lesbian sites. As a matter of fact, the moderators have indicated that you link to "trash" websites.
However, I've seen one of the videos you're referring to. Tell me, dearest Tempest, how did Perry "try" to get out of a ticket? Refer me to the exact wording where he tried to do that. I know you can do it!!
Whilst your at it, please refer me to the wording in the Constitution where you say it defines marriage.

What you’re describing, though, is someone who’s just another logrolling politician. Those who support her rabidly would have us believe she is 100% honest all the time, and never, ever would backscratch the way evil DC pols do.
Yet when there is a conflict like this, her superfans (not accusing you of this, you just brought up the question) get all “Oh, man, get real!”
She is either pure or she’s as much a pol as anyone else. Her superfans can’t have it both ways based on convenience. If she indeed supported Perry when he was everything she’s not, how is she any different from any truth-bending politician?

When will he do some interviews and share his views on those issues...AND OTHERS. How about some specifics? Where does he stand on the foreign policy issues that Mr. Devito put forth? I contend that he’s an empty suit who is being pushed upon us without a proper vetting of his record and stances on the issues. It reminds me of how we ended up with Jug Ears.
To: bwc2221
did they come to see Perry or Palin at the endorsment rally? Hmmmmmm.

Yeah, YouTube links usually go to LGBT supporting sites.
I also find it funny you pick out the weakest of the links but don’t address any of the others. It’s easier to attack the person.

When it's time to get re-elected tends to indicate that he's on the opposite side of said issues when he's not running. What are the examples of this?
And I don't take it personally. You haven't been rude.

Those who dont think we should be critical of a candidateWhat amazes me is those who can't say anything positive about the candidate they support but only criticize, often by misinfoming and distorting, the ones they don't support.
There are some FReepers who make Chrissy Matthews and Schultz look like amateurs with their pure venom. They cut and paste, cut and paste, cut and paste.
Some of them won't even say who they support.

Often times we Republicans are forced to choose the lesser of evils. Hutchison is more liberal than Perry.
There are only four times I didn't hold my nose when voting for President: 1980, 1984, 2000 and 2004 and the last two times I was drunk on Kool Aid.

So, address the issue of you linking to a video saying Perry tried to get out of a ticket. Where exactly in the video did he try to get out of a ticket.
Also, again, where do you find in the US Constitution the definition of marriage?
