Those Aggies do have some bizarre rituals.

As a University of Texas alumnus (a Texas-Ex, but I graduated), I'll point out that those rival Aggies have some outstanding rituals like Aggie Muster and Silver Taps.

The school produced more line officers in WWII than West Point and Annapolis combined. It has some world-class academic programs, particularly in engineering.

The Aggies have more 'traditions' than any other university I can think of, by a multiple of four or five.

Some are glorious and inspirational, like Silver Taps and Aggie Muster. Some strike people who aren't Aggies as a little odd.

Let's just hope the New Yorker doesn't get into Corp's "J--- Jar" tradition before the UT game. That makes "Squeeze 'em, Ags" quite tame.
