As a Raider fan, I can say Rice wasn't all that great of a receiver. While he played for Oakland, he would get lost during the games. Couldn't be found.
Always remember obama didn't inherit anything. He volunteered for this job. He either knew what he was getting in to. Or he's an incompetent ass and ignorant of his surroundings.

Well, of course he wasn't "all that" when with the Raiders. He was well past his prime. But when he was at the top of his game in SF, there were none better.
