I believe it’s because we have the only refineries that can handle the nasty Venezuela crude.

Only 14% of our oil comes from there and it's hard to refine.

BTW, that 14% represents 80% of their output.

They need us worse than we need them. Our refineries are about the only ones that can refine their oil.
