(A) CHANGE was a scampaign slogan, to have Hollywood Reds paid goverment cash to echo the RE-ELECTION mantra of CHANGE is outright taxpayer abuse.

(B) EVERY American can express his or her creativity on the internets now. Dead white males need night apply for a government grant.
