WI has way happier cows than CA, especially since the conservatives have taken over both houses and the executive mansion here in WI.

So...buy WI dairy every chance you get! It's the conservative thing to do!

Liberals (in the present use of the word as opposed to that used in the book ...written 1940-1943) must be encouraged to read Friedrick Hyak’s “Road to Serfdom”.

Let’s not be dumb. All tax authorities everywhere have been slobbering to collect tax from Internet sales from the very beginning. I’m surprised it’s taken this long. Besides, this wouldn’t be the first time that government has tried to “level the playing field”. It’s what they do.

“...big-box retailers like Wal-Mart complained that tax-free sales on Amazon were an unfair edge....”

I occasionally buy a book from Amazon but prefer to go to a large bookstore and browse for reading matter. However, I wouldn’t go to Wal-Mart to browse for books - I didn’t know they sold books.
