The “prosecutorial discretion” memo should be the first piece of evidence introduced in the liability lawsuit against Obama, Napolitano and ICE by the families of those murdered by the beneficiaries of this pandering policy. If laws allow for the prosecution/litigation of those who act in collusion with criminals, I fail to see how the Obama administration differs.

Why are we paying Congress??

Obama is ruling us with regulations and memo’s and special Executive orders.

We don’t need the Congress to confirm Obama appointments, he just makes a new Czar.
We don’t need Congress to pass Capo & Trade. Obama just get the EPA.
We don’t need Congress to pass the Dream act, Obama just writes a memo.
We don’t need Congress to pass a Budget, Obama just spends what he likes.
We don’t need Congress to give money to foreign countries, Obama just writes a check for 20 billion to the Arab Spring.
We dont need Congress to go to war, Obama just bombs anyone he likes or send in the drones.

wtf? corporations haven't paid their due? what about illegals that haven't paid anything?? and yet we're suppose to let more in... while pushing up more taxes??

as citizens, we have 3 forms of influence on the government that actually have impact.

1. demonstrations & voting
in a system rife with corruption to the point that IDs cannot be verified to insure the person voting hasn't voted 30 times that day, voting and demonstrations hold very little sway. blogs hold even less.

2. tax money
in a system where the fedgov prints more physical cash when it wants or just charges up the debt, your tax dollars have little impact. consider going Galt (stop working/paying in). would the fedgov care? no. in fact, it helps the dems as the fedgov receives less tax money and they will NOT slow their spending, driving the debt higher to the point of breaking.

3. the 2nd amendment
it's what the citizenry has left when the fedgov is out of control. how effective it is depends on the hearts & minds of the population and those serving the fedgov.

if there are other alternatives, i'd love to hear them.
