A definite yes, IMO. It's got all the right buzzwords.
To hold you over check out this site for a list of "Governmental Resources".

It is mainly for New Jersey. Just scroll down until you hit the section on Federal Government. And do take note of the description at that first given link and note that it's .com and not .gov despite the funding. Sometimes things aren't where you expect them to be.

And this "Draft" from March 22, 2011 might interest you as well...especially the References beginning at page 42. Seven pages with lots and lots of info there already gathered for anyone interested.

Interesting that a number of the links no longer function.

I believe that activists in each state might have success if they knew whom to protest, or sue. Next, we should add up the $$ going to these scams.

I am not sure that the Biomass group necessarily an Agenda 21 thing. Most of the members of the board are science types that turn waste into fuel. They have been doing this for a while now.

You exhibit the exact thinking that stops me from helping others. You don't think outside of the box and as soon as something doesn't conform to your way of thinking you get stuck mentally on what you think isn't instead of on what is!
