Soros must be getting tired of having to threaten judges into ruling as he wishes. So much easier if you can just install puppets...
The whole issue is the franchise ~ how many people vote, how many people are eligible to vote, how many votes does it take to select a judge.
When you replace elections held among all freeholders with selections involving a handful of specialists, you've returned to the doctrines of the Middle Ages, and the results are inherently corrupt.
I am in favor of returning the judicial franchise to blacks, women, and other minorities.
